The Perfect PA offers a flexible pricing structure, so you can choose a package which best suits your needs. We believe in offering a transparent and simple pricing policy, based on a standard hourly rate, so you can easily budget your costs.
How do we differ to our competitors?
- No complicated pricing plan - one simple hourly rate which stays the same, no matter how complex the work, how many pages are typed, or how short the timescale given to complete an assignment.
- An inclusive hourly rate* (includes telephone, fax, email, printing, stationery and postage costs).
- No hidden surcharges for working “out of hours” or during the weekend, should an assignment require it.
- The ability to pre-book and guarantee the hours of dedicated PA support you need for the month, giving you peace of mind during busy times.
- The flexibility to choose a payment option which suits you.
Hourly Rate (Pay as you Go) – £20.00 per hour
Perfect for infrequent use or for clients wishing to use us for a one-off task.
Retainer Basis (Monthly)
For clients who require regular, dedicated support and wish to reserve their hours in advance. Pre-payment guarantees a defined number of hours support during a monthly period and for clients booking over 60 hours per month, attracts a 10% discount on our standard hourly rate.
Project Basis
For one–off projects which run over a longer period of time, a fixed timescale and cost can be agreed.
*Please note: all general telephone, fax, email, printing, stationery and postage costs are included in the hourly rate charged. However, should a particular assignment (i.e. mail shots, multiple photocopies or copies of printed documents etc) result in high postage, stationery, printing, telephone charges or unexpected costs; these will be applied at cost. In most cases these costs are foreseeable and will be agreed with you during the booking process.
