Timescales/ Deadlines
We will always agree a timescale with you, in which to complete your work. However, The Perfect PA recognises that business priorities can change in an instant, which means you sometimes have deadlines to meet at very short notice. Wherever possible, we will do our utmost to assist you in meeting a deadline, if necessary working ‘out of hours’ to support you when you need it most. If you need a piece of work completed urgently, please don’t hesitate to discuss your requirements with us.

Confidentiality
The Perfect PA understands the importance of client confidentiality and takes all steps necessary to safeguard the confidentiality of client information at all times. Clients are guaranteed their work will be handled in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed, directly or indirectly to any third party, nor will any information be used to benefit The Perfect PA. We endeavour to protect the business interests of our clients and to demonstrate this commitment, ask our clients to sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to carrying out an assignment or work. A copy will be provided, along with a copy of our terms at the time of booking.
